My A First Look at… series of children’s books has been running for more than a decade. I’m enormously proud of it.
This week sees two new editions: Everyone matters: A first look at respect for others and I can make a difference: A first look at setting a good example.
These follow the summer release of I can do it!: A first look at not giving up and Why do I feel so scared?: A first look at being brave. The books are aimed at 4-8 year olds and provide a gentle introduction to some of life’s emotionally tough questions and issues. They have all been beautifully illustrated by Lesley Harker.
